What does 1 quantity unit represent when subscribing to a plan?

A quantity unit represents 10 document verifications per month for a monthly subscription, and 120 document verifications (credited in one go) for an annual subscription.

If you subscribe with a quantity of 2, you will therefore have 20 verifications per month on a monthly plan and 240 on an annual plan.

Unused credits expire at the end of the period.

Which document formats are accepted?

Accepted document formats are image formats (jpg / png / webp etc.) and PDFs.

What does the MRZ analysis validate?

The most important information on the ID document is found in the MRZ: we extract it (OCR), validate its format, and verify the check digits according to the ICAO standard.

How long does the analysis take?

The analysis is relatively fast; it takes at most 2 minutes, and the results are available immediately.

GDPR / privacy

We do not retain any files, and you can delete the data related to an analysis at any time from the history.

We also automatically delete all data related to analyses older than 3 months.
