General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Digital Products

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all transactions concluded via the website https://trustdochub.com of Mbase101 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
The products offered are digital products without material support.
Any order placed on this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Article 1: Purpose

The present conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of digital products offered by the Company to the consumer.

Article 2: Products

The products sold are exclusively digital (e.g. software, e-books, online training, etc.) and are delivered electronically.
They give access to verification of identity documents by our service, the results of which are sent by email.
No material support will be provided.

Article 3: Prices

Digital product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.

Article 4: Product availability time

Purchased products are available as soon as payment has been confirmed.

Article 5: Order

The customer places an order on the Company’s website by following the steps below:

  1. Product selection and addition to cart.
  2. Validation of the contents of the cart.
  3. Identification or creation of a customer account.
  4. Choice of payment method.
  5. Payment validation.

Validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of these GCS.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The customer may pay by credit card or any other payment method offered by the company.
Transactions are secured by an online payment service provider (Stripe).

Article 7: Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment confirmation, via an increment in the number of possible ID verifications on the platform.
The Company cannot be held responsible for errors in entering the e-mail address.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun after the consumer’s express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

If the product has not been used, it can be reimbursed within the legal 14-day period after ordering.

In the case of packs, if a check has been used, a refund will not be possible on the remaining checks.

Article 9: Liability

The Company declines all responsibility in the event of interruption or inaccessibility to the site, the occurrence of bugs, or any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the site.

Article 10: Personal data

Customers have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them.

No personal data is kept concerning identity documents that are sent for verification by email: emails are automatically deleted, as well as data from the analyses carried out.

In the case of checks made via API, the data is stored in such a way as to offer a service
history to customers. TrustDocHub.com acts as a data processor, with the customer remaining responsible for the processing of the data it submits to the verification service.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

Article 12: Modification of the T&Cs

The Company reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The new conditions will apply to all orders placed after they have been posted on the site.

Article 13: Jurisdiction and applicable law

In the event of a dispute between the customer and our company, French law shall apply.
The French courts have sole jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
